How to Start a Movement

I think this video is very interesting in how the psychology of how a movement starts is played out. I especially like the dancing guy who has moves equivalent to the 70s. Even though it was just there, another guy joined him & tons of other people did too. I found it interesting how it's not the leader they follow, but yet the person who joined the leader. It's like a spreading chain of command almost. I guess that's how flash mobs start. It's kinda frightening at the same time if I think about it. All it takes is one enjoyable movement to control a whole area to follow your example...
