Why: Because parents' haven't given their children the HPV vaccine shot due to false paranoia.

How: Studies proved that children at age 11 haven't had a change in their sexual behavior from the shot.

Paranoid parents with their delusions refused to protect their children with the HPV shot due to the delusion they would have an increased urge for sex. The research scientists have done proved that wrong & hopefully parents are going to actually try to help their daughters.
